Shipping
Shipping within the United States
Orders within the United States will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of your order. Orders under $25.00 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $1.99. Orders $25.00 and over receive FREE SHIPPING! Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive e-mail notification when your order is shipped.
Shipping to Addresses Outside the United States
Orders being shipped to addresses outside the United States will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. International shipping rates will be calculated automatically at checkout. Note that once your package arrives, customs will determine if there are duties due and then pass that on to your local postal unit (any duties or taxes will be due upon receipt).

Returns / Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be made on socks in new and unopened condition up to 30 days after your purchase date. Labels, tags and/or packaging must not be removed from the socks. Return shipping fees are not paid by Eco-Socks for NWP unless we made a mistake with your original order.
For your convenience, we have included a Returns/Exchange form on your order packing slip. Please complete this form and include it with your return/exchange item(s). If you do not have this form, please click here to download a printable Returns/Exchange form and mail completed form to:

For returns, we will refund the original purchase price (not including shipping fees unless we made a mistake with your original order) via the original purchase payment method. If you received free shipping on your original order and your order total drops below $25.00 after returns, the flat-rate shipping fee of $1.99 will be deducted from your return credit.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return/exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail when your return/exchange has been processed.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. No personal information (name, address, phone number or e-mail) is ever given to any other organization or distributed in any way. Information collected from users who contact the Nicodemus Wilderness Project (NWP) and Eco-Socks for NWP is used solely for informational purposes. No lists of contact information or e-mails are distributed. All personal information is stored securely in a private directory on our server and regularly downloaded (and deleted from server) to computers in the offices of NWP, which are protected by a monitored security system.
When you place an order or ask to be on our mailing list, we will ask for your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. When you visit our site, some information, such as your domain name, browser type, and referral information, is collected automatically. This information is used solely for the purpose of monitoring the traffic our site is generating. This gives us valuable information on which pages are visited most frequently, and which outside links are being utilized most. We use this data to improve the site and your shopping experience. We do not monitor navigation patterns outside of our site, but we do gather information on referral sites that send visitors to us.
We do not sell, rent, share, or exchange our customers' e-mail addresses. E-mail addresses voluntarily given to us or collected from e-mail comments are never shared. We use these addresses for our own electronic marketing purposes, but only with your consent. Instructions on how to unsubscribe are included in every promotional e-mail.
